Avante-SEF-UV Canopy is suitable for most of the cooking equipment. The canopy is designed for all levels of cooking.

Avante-SEF-UV canopy is double skin type with supply and exhaust air sections. The exhaust air section comprises high quality UL certified baffle grease filter to effectively remove the grease and UV Cassettes.

Our Baffle Grease Filters are made out of heavy duty stainless steel, welded construction, and provide flame barrier protection. It offers continuous separation of grease and air due to unique “V” baffle construction. Dripping of grease is arrested with vane and frame design. The baffle grease filter meets NFPA #96 requirements.

The supply air section is having air outlets to effectively push the contaminated gases produced during the cooking process towards baffle filters. The supply air will contain the contaminated gases and thereby avoid spillage of the contaminated gases into the surrounding areas. The supply air is generated with self contained specially designed fans which draws the air from the plenum above the false ceiling.

Avante-SEF-UV canopies are installed with UV cassettes to effectively convert the grease into carbon dioxide, water vapour and small particles of grease. With Avante – SEF – UV canopies the contaminated cooking exhaust gases are filtered in three stages. The large grease particles are segregated in our efficient baffle grease filter. Thereafter the cooking contaminated gases are filtered at wire mesh provided before the UV cassettes. The UV rays/light breaks down the grease. The Ozone generated by UV lights effectively reduces the odour.

Avante-SEF-UV canopies are designed for low velocity exhaust air flow for effective decomposition of grease at UV housing. These three stages of filtration also reduce the fire hazard and cleaning of the exhaust ducts. The control panel offered indicates faulty UV lamps for replacement. Complete UV system is factory wired.

Avante-SEF-UV canopies UV system is complete with special UV housing with cassettes mounted on racks to enable easy maintenance and cleaning of UV tubes.

Avante-SEF-UV canopy is manufactured of 1.2 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets.

Avante-SEF-UV Canopies are suitable for wall or island installations. Additionally, any customized finish can be offered to suit customer requirement.

The exhaust and supply air quantities are calculated in house & verified by experienced engineers of Avante Kitchen Ventilation Solutions.

Avante-SEF-UV Canopies are integrated with effective grease collection arrangement.

Avante-SEF-UV canopies are offered with factory wired IP 65 rated Fluorescent/LED light fittings.

Canopy size: L – 1.2 m to customized; W – 1.2 m; H – 600 mm. Tapered front side option available, for height constraint.

The appropriate recommendation of the following standards have been incorporated in the design and construction of Avante canopies:
