Avante-SE-WM Canopy is suitable for high temperature equipment, solid fuel cooking like charcoal grill and wood fired ovens. The canopy is designed for high intensity cooking.

Avante-SE-WM canopy is double skin type with supply and exhaust air sections. The exhaust air section comprises water mist nozzles placed to wash entire quantity of contaminated high temperature exhaust gases.

The supply air section is having air nozzles to effectively push the contaminated gases produced during the cooking process towards baffle filters. The supply/make up air will contain the contaminated gases and thereby avoid spillage of the contaminated gases into the surrounding areas. Additionally, the fresh/makeup air will be delivered to surrounding areas through the perforated low velocity air outlets on the front face of the canopy.

Avante-SE-WM canopies are installed with air guide panels to guide high temperatures exhaust gases thru the fine water mist generated with specially designed water mist nozzles. The water mist is generated throughout the cooking time. The water mist works on the principle of dropping the temperature of high temperature contaminated gases and coalescing the grease from the air into the water trough.

By passing high temperature contaminated gases thru the curtain of water mist, a higher grease removal efficiency can be achieved. The contaminated gas passing through the mist is cooled resulting the grease particle to coalesce and increase in size, which causes these increased sized grease particles to drop out of airstream and collected into water trough along with water.

Avante-SE-WM are supplied with a panel consists of pump and pressure adjusting station to ensure that water mist is generated continuously to ensure performance irrespective of incoming water pressure made available for the water mist canopy.

Avante-SE-WM canopy is manufactured of 1.2 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets.

Avante-SE-WM canopies are suitable for wall or island installations. Additionally, any customized finish can be offered to suit customer requirement.

The exhaust and supply air quantities are calculated in house & verified by experienced engineers of Avante Kitchen Ventilation Solutions.

Avante-SE-WM canopies are offered with factory wired IP 65 rated LED/Fluorescent light fittings.

Canopy size: L – 1.2 m to customized; W – 1.3 m; H – 600 mm. Tapered front side option available, for height constraint.

The appropriate recommendation of the following standards have been incorporated in the design and construction of Avante canopies:
