Avante-SE Canopy is suitable for most cooking equipment. The canopy is designed for most levels of cooking.

Avante-SE canopy is double skin type canopy with supply and exhaust air sections. The exhaust air section comprises high quality UL certified baffle grease filter to effectively remove the grease.

Our Baffle Grease Filters are made out of heavy duty stainless steel, welded construction, and provide flame barrier protection. It offers continuous separation of grease and air due to unique “V” baffle construction. Dripping of grease is arrested with vane and frame design. The offered baffle grease filter meets NFPA #96 requirements.

The supply/make up air section has air nozzles to effectively push the contaminated gases produced during the cooking process towards baffle filters. The supply/make up air will contain the contaminated gases and thereby avoid spillage of the contaminated gases into the surrounding areas. Additionally, the fresh/makeup air will be delivered to surrounding areas through the perforated low velocity air outlets on the front face of the canopy.

The exhaust air quantities are calculated in house and verified by the experienced Engineers of Avante Kitchen Ventilation Solutions.

Avante-E Canopies are suitable for wall or island installations. Additionally, any customized finish can be offered to suit customer requirement.

Avante-SE canopy is manufactured of 1.2 mm thick 304 stainless steel sheets.

Avante-SE Canopies are integrated with effective grease collection arrangement.

Avante-SE canopies are offered with factory wired IP 65 rated Fluorescent/LED light fittings.

Canopy size: L – 1.2 m to customized; W – 1.2 m; H – 600 mm. Tapered front side option available, for height constraint.

The appropriate recommendation of the following standards have been incorporated in the design and construction of Avante canopies:

“DE – 172; ASHRAE 154; UAE Fire Code; NFPA Std 96”
